Timing Chip/Bib Pickup:
Timing chips and bibs will be provided , and will be available for pick-up on-site, prior to the event. Please allow yourself time to pickup the chip and bib before start time. Every participant must keep their chip for the entire season. Lost timing chips will need to be replaced at a cost of $5.

Event Parking:
We ask that all participants follow parking signs, and only park in the designated area.

Facilities: 
Bakkers Trailblazers will be providing portable toilets if there are not any on site. We ask that participants use them, and not the grounds. Failure to do so will result in 1 warning and expulsion of participants for a second offence. No refund will be offered.

First Time Racers and Recon Laps:
For first time runners, Bakkers Trailblazers strongly recommends to do a recon lap of the course before the first event. Checking the course will help equip new runner with the right knowledge going into their first event. 

Inclement Weather Policy: 
All events will be held rain or shine. In the event of thunder and lightning, starts will be delayed until extreme weather has passed. In the event where the weather is too threatening (includes natural disaster, poor air quality), Bakkers Trailblazers will make a decision to cancel the event at least 2 hours prior to the first race start. No refund will be issued.
